Action items that get done

Across the various modules of AvioData, action items emerge regularly — from meeting minutes, from corrective action reviews, from event investigations. The Tasks module provides a unified place to capture and track all of these items, regardless of where they originated.

Tasks can be created standalone or linked directly to other module records, giving each task the context it needs. Owners receive automatic reminders as deadlines approach, and overdue tasks are escalated to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Recurring tasks

Many safety management activities are periodic — monthly safety reviews, quarterly document checks, annual training reminders. The Tasks module supports recurring task templates that generate new task instances automatically, ensuring that regular safety activities are never missed simply because nobody remembered to create the task.
